Explore More has partnered with Harvest for the Hungry and we now offer rental and use of a 31 acre private lake located in Oyster Creek. The lake is great for paddling kayaks and stand up paddleboards. It is also stocked with fish, so it is great for fishing. The lake does have a dock that can accommodate up to 25 guest with a private bathroom as well. There is a stunning house you may rent as well that is 3,500 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, and indoor pool.
Harvest for the Hungry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization fighting for those who struggle with food insecurity. Located in Freeport, Texas, they are located on 61 acres, where they grow farm to table fruits, vegetables, honey, eggs, fish and other healthy foods so they can provide them year round to those in need. Day use of lake only – $15
Daily Dock Rental – $500 – Other options can be added if you’re looking to have a party or event. Please call and we can quote any other needs you have.
